The Quality Health First® program The Quality Health First® program is a service of the Indiana Health Information Exchange. It's a secure chronic disease, preventive care and quality reporting service combining clinical, claims and point-of-care data. Physicians receive monthly reports that provide information on how well they are managing patients. This is done through targeted measures that the Indianapolis medical community has identified as priorities to help improve patient health and wellness. IHIE is actively engaging the Indianapolis primary care physician community to join the Quality Health First program. Visit the program website to learn more about the benefits and who qualifies for the program. 700 physicians so far have joined. There is no cost to physicians. Benefits of the program include: Participants Currently, the program is targeted for primary care physicians in the Indianapolis area. Physicians from six major medical groups and independent physicians are participating, as are Anthem, other private health insurers and Medicare/Medicaid.
