Under leadership from the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration, the Regenstrief Institute, EDS and the Indiana Health Information Exchange are helping patients affected by recent flooding in Indiana, and providers caring for those patients, gain access to medical information to providers for treatment purposes only. To request information through the Indiana Flood Victim eHealth Support Center , an individual must be an authorized doctor who is seeking the information solely for the purpose of providing medical treatment to an Indiana flood victim. The Indiana Flood Victim eHealth Support Center is staffed with representatives from the Indiana Health Information Exchange, a non-profit that works with the medical community throughout Indiana .
